Can I Use iPhone Apps on iPad?

Yes.

Some Apps are only exist on iPhone, such as Instagram. And Apple somehow makes them not so easy to find.




Go to App store, and search Instagram.



No surprise you will not see it.
Touch the button up there, and select iPhone only.  (Click the photo to enlarge.)




Now here it is.  



Another popular app which only exists on iPhone is Line.  One thing about using iPhone App on iPad is what my mom says: “ The text is so easy to read, and the buttons are just the right size.”
